WANTED CYBORGS:
THE DARK STORY
2189 is ravaged by never-ending digital warfares driven by human's mechanization and augments.
Rebellions fighting the United Global Authority's mass implant campaigns : a global effort to tag every citizen with nanochip IDs at birth.
In this bleak, neon lit future dominated by hyper-advanced AIs and under digital oppression, cyber criminals wage an underground war against global technocracies.
A brutal syndicate of hybrid individuals, half-humans and half-machines, split in rival factions, thrives in the chaos.
Made of killers, genocides masterminds and architects of destruction, they are spreading terror in their path and hold entire cities hostage under their rules.
Hidden in off-world cities of orbital colonies, these cyber outlaws, once elite UGA cyber-mercenaries, have turned out-control, driven by motives from anarchist revolutions to personal vendettas.
With profiles ranging from rogue assassins to half-human extremists hardwired into the DarkNet, they control quantum weapons, unleash bio-digital plagues, and hide their true identities from existence.
Nations crumble under their cyber onslaught, megacorporations pay billions in ransoms, and law enforcement agencies seem powerless against their ever-shifting, encrypted empires.
In retaliation to their growing threat, a Most Wanted List, made of the 5,000 most dangerous Cyborgs criminals identified, has been published out by the UGA.
They are called the WANTED CYBORGS.
The hunt for the 5,000 is relentless. Led by bounty hunters, black-ops death squads, and the last remnants of lawful governmental agents.
But every capture only reveals a deeper conspiracy, where power is dictated by whoever controls the cybernetic realm.
The chase unfolds across digital and physical worlds, where loyalty is fleeting, betrayal is inevitable, and the future of humanity hangs in the balance.
Will you join the Syntetik Society and hunt them down to justice ? Or just let them rewrite the rules at their own profit?
“This is no Art, but a warning.
No PFPs, but a manhunt.
No WAGMI short-lived narrative,
but ageless dystopic storytelling.”

DEFINITIONS
1) United Global Authority (UGA):
A dominant global government formed by a coalition of technocracies, the UGA enforces a regime of mass surveillance, algorithmic control, and digital oppression. Under the guise of order and progress, and with the help of tech Megacorps, it monitors every citizen, manipulates information flows, and crushes dissidents with technological precision.
2) UGA's Oppressive Systems:
Over time, the UGA and dominant Megacorps weaponized AI and blockchain technologies not to empower, but to control. What began as tools of innovation evolved into mechanisms of public mass surveillance and global subjugation. It includes:
- Web content filtering, disinformation campaigns and algorithmic social propaganda;
- Screening of private communications and messaging apps;
- Censorship and behavioral manipulation via controlled narratives;
- Tracking of citizens' locations, activities, and associations;
- Public facial recognition networks monitoring individuals in real-time;
- Social scoring systems shaping access to resources and mobility;
- Crypto wallets ID mapping & generalized onchain surveillance;
- Ban of privacy tools and global restrictions on financial transactions;
What was once hailed as decentralized future became a mass surveillance and oppressive panopticon - digitally enforced, globally scaled, and brutally efficient.
3) Rebellion:
Armed citizens rose up in the 2130s, resisting the UGA’s mass implantation of nanochip IDs and the megacorps’ digital surveillance and oppressive regime. In response, the UGA tagged them terrorists and unleashed a brutal crackdown - recruiting human mercenaries, enhanced and weaponized into hybrid war machines, to crush the rebellion and enforce technocratic control. Those same mercenaries eventually turned rogue, cast off their chains, and vanished into the shadows of the grid.
They became the WANTED Cyborgs.
4) WANTED Cyborgs:
The 5000 Most Wanted. Once elite CyberWar soldiers and brutal mercenaries, they turned to crime when the wars ended: unleashed, unbound, and upgraded. Now hunted across the grid, they’ve become legends of chaos in a world of control.
5) WANTED Cyborgs' Factions:
WANTED Cyborgs splinter into various factions: technological, ideological, or territorial. Each with its own rules, codes, and chaos. More than gangs, these factions are digital-era warbands, shaping the underworld with tech and violence.
6) WANTED Cyborgs' Syndicate:
A global criminal shadow-network uniting many WANTED Cyborg factions under one dark banner. The Syndicate provides access to black market tech, encrypted comms, and rogue AI support, turning isolated criminals into an unstoppable decentralized force.
7) SYNTETIK Society:
(The Society)
A covert, independent network of relentless bounty hunters devoted to tracking down and bringing the WANTED Cyborgs to justice. Operating in the shadows, the Society answers to no nation, no corporation, and certainly not to the UGA. It follows its own code, its own rules, and its own vision of justice, outside the reach of generalized oppressive systems and beyond the grip of technocratic laws. In essence, this community.
The Syntetik Society isn’t an organization.
It’s a reputation you earn at hunting the 5,000 most wanted criminals of 2189 : the so-called WANTED CYBORGS.
To be part of it means you are too lethal, too unpredictable, or too infamous to belong anywhere else.
Some members work together, others shoot on sight.
But one thing unites them all: they are hunters.
Ruthless. Relentless. Respected.
